Honing her own unique blend of fingerstyle folk and indie pop, Naarm/ Melbourne based musician Megan Kennedy has crafted an impressive repertoire of songs, each adorned with her signature airy vocals and intricate guitar arrangements. The first of which to be released, is her debut single Time Machines, a sun-drenched ballad that aims to capture the feeling of being caught inside a daydream.

Often described as ‘road songs’ Megan’s lyrics have a knack for transporting the listener, slipping across time and place to recount scenes that are both real and imagined. A mode of enquiry and reflection, her songs muse on the everyday, the existential and things stuck in between.

Having built up and refined a substantial collection of songs over the past few years Megan feels that she is only just now hitting the peak of her songwriting and is looking onwards to the recording and release of an upcoming EP
