Simon Hudson a singer-songwriter whose influences include roots, world and folk.

The Melbourne-based multi-instrumentalist has toured Australia, Europe, Brazil & Cuba. His latest roots world pop EP Islands (2020) pays its respects to the life of the travelling musician.

He has been playing solo during the pandemic but usually fronts a trio with bass and drums/percussion.

Previous releases include crowd-funded album Earthman (2016) featuring a full band with percussion and horns, and folk Latin roots debut EP Time and Space (2012), a remarkable showcase of skilled songwriting and addictive roots rhythms. He is poised to record his fourth album, and has his fifth European tour in his sights.
